I have always been driven by strong intellectual curiosity, and after my BSc and MBA, decided to continue on my learning journey.
My interest in health and wellness piqued with the onset of the global pandemic. I started sifting through overwhelming amounts of information and consuming all of the knowledge I possibly could from the matriarchs in my family.
Learning how to integrate the physical, emotional, environmental and spiritual aspects of my life is what the lit the spark for me...and so here I am, immersed in a life of health and wellness.
I am excited to work with you to help you achieve a life that is fulfilling, balanced, and whole!

Let me help you reset and balance your metabolism. Every body is able to produce the hormones required for its metabolism in sufficient quantities, provided that all the nutritional components are available in the correct ratio.
Based on a detailed assessment that I will run, including results of detailed blood work, and an understanding of any pre-existing conditions that you nay have, I will help you put together a specially designed nutrition plan that will be highly personalized.
My goal is to bring your metabolism back to its natural balance through the selection and combination of foods. And of course, personal dislikes and preferences will be taken into consideration!
